It’s been a minute, so we wanted to check in and update you on all the new and exciting things happening at Lambtastic Farms!
We have had a heck of a year so far and are looking forward to bringing you the same amazing-tasting lamb for the rest of 2022 as well!
In March and April, we plan on dropping two more meal kits, one for St. Patrick’s and the other for Easter! We are still ironing out the details on the menu, but you can be sure they will be stocked with our delicious lamb, locally sourced ingredients and be as tasty as ever!
We’ve also added a few new items to the product list, introducing Lamb Meatballs and Lamb Skewers, a quick and easy way to spice up your weekday meals! Our meatballs will come in two flavours, Mint Pea or Chorizo and the skewers will be Souvlaki. These products will be rolling out soon and we hope you love them as much as we do!
We have also sold our barn and are looking forward to a less hectic lambing season this year but love that we are still able to raise our lambs at the quality level we always have. We will continue to bring you the best-tasting lamb, with the option to focus more on finishing products and scaling our business!
Spring is coming and we know that Summer can be a crazy busy time, so we wanted to add a few easy-to-prepare meal options to our growing list, we hope Lamb Meatballs and Skewers become part of your regular Summer BBQ plans!
