Rack of lamb (not frenched)

Meat on this cut is tender, juicy, and flavorful. In addition to being roasted in an oven, rack of lamb can be prepared on the barbecue or spit as well. Glazes and sauces are used to preserve moisture while the dish cooks and to add flavor.
 
Delivery options vary from on farm pick up or doorstep delivery to Calgary every Thursday. The Cut off for ordering is Monday for the same week delivery.
Delivery throughout Alberta will be approx 10 days. You will recieve a email confirmation to confirm.
