Lamb Sirloin

The lamb sirloin or rump roast is the darling of the dinner table. The sirloin roast is a tender and flavorful cut. The sirloin is the muscle that connects the loin to the hind leg. It can be cooked as a roast or grilled as a flavorful steak.
 
Totally delicious, incredibly tender and simple to prepare, this sirloin roast is a great quick supper for two to three people. You could serve it with any number of sides, but certainly best eaten in thin slices straight off the cutting board
 
Delivery options vary from on farm pick up or doorstep delivery to Calgary every Thursday. The Cut off for ordering is Monday for the same week delivery.
Delivery throughout Alberta will be approx 10days. You will recieve a email confirmation to confirm.
